Returns & Exchanges
At iPoint, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your tech purchases. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your iPoint account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Device
Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and pack the device securely in its original box with all included cables, manuals, and accessories.
- 3.Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 3-5 business days.
